High Maintenance Bitch

My friend Scot forwarded me a Fox News article about a new high end dog supply store, opening in Seattle, that caters to pampered female dogs. For those of us in the dog world we often refer to our female dogs as bitches....well...because that is what the actual term for a female dog is. You have male dogs, which are Dogs and you have female dogs which are Bitches. Look it up in the dictionary if you don't believe me. So now there are people in this community in Seattle that are upset by the stores name and are asking how they are suppose to explain it to their kids. To quote Scot's answer to this question..." UM...how about this..."Johnny, that means female dog."". Pretty difficult to explain isn't it? Oh my.

Bathroom Please Be Done

Yeah...The bathroom is almost completely remodeled. It should be completely finished by the end of the week. Let me just say that after 3 weeks I am completely ready for it to be finished. Having only 1 bathroom and having it remodeled are just not very synergistic.

Will it ever be done?

I'm currently in the throws of having my bathroom remodeled and let me just ask...Will it ever be done? It's the only bathroom in my 1938 house and while they have been able to keep the toilet working most days, I still am without a shower. No I'm not stinking...It just means that I have to travel to Shawn's house each night in order to shower. It's nice to go over and chat with Shawn and Jeremy, but wow I need a night to just relax and not have to be somewhere. I need my routine. Here's hoping that they put the tub in and the walls soon.
